From the kitchen there are some good smells that augur for tasty dishes. They are both full of sweetness and refinement and subtly spicy. The Chief remains in the register of Northern Indian classics: curry, tandoori, biryani, vegetarian dishes; all are accompanied by nans, vegetables and basmati rice.
