Bistro in Paris serving vegetarian dishes, sausages, meats and a crottin de Chavignol
You are dealing here with exceptional and varied products: from vegetarian dishes to country hams, 12 months of curing, without forgetting the home-made fries, and the sausages from Conquet. We don't forget either the home-made duck leg confit and the tripoux of Aveyron served with steamed potatoes. We can feel that the owner is attached to the Aveyron cuisine. But as an open-minded gourmet, he does not forget the name of his establishment, and always honors the crottin de Chavignol, served hot on salad.
