Funny name, funny idea and yet. When you've read that this cheese factory is the Parisian address of tokyo cheese factory, you'll have all understood it. Our cheeses, sometimes abused by a certain European commission, are loved all over the world. Here we are pleased to learn from our Japanese cheese about products from our own country  ! This is a fine illustration of globalisation. But to return to the cheese, know that here it is excellent and that the reception is, of course, most diligent  !
