In the chic 16 th arrondissement, the Shangri La has opened a stylish cocktail bar in an Empire style. Named Bar Bar, he pays tribute to Prince Roland Bonaparte. This biographer and botanist assembled one of the rarest beds with some 2 500 000 samples of 100 000 different species. Arnaud Thirel, the bartender leader, thus created a signature card by honouring spirits such as chartreuse, absinthe and génépi.
