The address remains very confidential and customers do not complain about it, quite the contrary. The hotel staff was great. Helpful and courteous. The free coffee in the lobby was a plus. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great value for the stay. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast, although we did not have it, looked wonderful in the morning. They definitely took time to prepare the area for guests to enjoy. I would consider adding the breakfast package to my stay. It's a good option to have if only to grab something to store in the fridge in the rooms for a snack after a long day. The location was great. We seemed very close to many of the attractions we wanted to see. The hotel was quiet and so was the neighborhood. I didn't capture much of the room but the pictures you see online are a good representation.

Miguel (à la réception) et le directeur de l’hôtel sont des gens extrêmement agréables et sympathiques soucieux de leurs clients et très professionnels. Ils n’hésitent pas à prendre du temps pour les écouter et les combler. Il est rare de trouver des établissements avec du personnels aussi investis et bienveillants. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter paris (proche du métro, du triangle d'or, entre champs Élysée -Tour Eiffel - Arc de Triomphe). Travaux de rénovation en cours qui rendront l’hôtel encore plus agréable et une décoration très jolie, en adéquation avec Paris… parfait!
