Great establishment in Paris preparing gastronomic and seasonal dishes, meats and desserts.
Chef Noam Gedalof and sommelier Etheliya Hananova, husband and wife in the 16th arrondissement, are at the helm of this Michelin-starred restaurant. Together, they confidently and elegantly steer this establishment with its refined decor (blue walls, paintings by Peter Hoffer, mousey sofas). The wine list features bottles from artisan winemakers of recognized quality. In the kitchen, the brigade plays with the seasons - and skill - to create a fine, seductive contemporary score. Signature dishes include Grenoble-style cauliflower and tagliatelle with shellfish.

Très belle adresse , un superbe accueil par Noam Gedalof et Etheliya Hananova. Une cuisine raffinée , un cadre simple et élégant où on se sent bien . Un bon moment passé . Merci ☺️
