Hotel-restaurant in Paris elaborating French gastronomy, dishes of good products and an incredible greediness.

Savor masterpieces of French gastronomy with views of the most beautiful monuments of the capital, does it tell you? The White Bird, located in the prestigious and sublime Peninsula Paris hotel, is made for you. Located on the sixth floor of the hotel, the hotel offers a splendid view: Montmartre, Eiffel Tower, Roofs of Paris, etc. The house, named in tribute to Nungesser and Coli, two missing French airmen on board their aircraft, the White Bird, during the first attempt at air-free crossing between Paris and New York (1927), has numerous replicas and other related babioles. aviation. From the windows of the restaurant, you can admire the rebuttal of the airliner in the hotel's magic courtyard! We'd almost forget the kitchen, and yet there's as much to see as the frame side and the flat side. French Gastronomy is here to honor and excellent chefs in creativity, with associations of good products for plates that always sound just… During our passage, we had thus been able to regale ourselves with a lobster, red/yellow/mayonnaise beet, and then in flat, with Saint James of Normandy, end broth of dashi/tofu, and in dessert we opted for the Envol (creamy chocolate, crispy coil) coco, fresh mango freshness), an incredible gourmet that really deserves the signature title of the White Bird for its artwork as well as its refined flavors. Chefs play on quality, modernity of presentations, product development, a brilliantly crafted solversegal. A real success. A real gastronomic flight from start to finish. A safe value!

For its category the service was very stiff felt like you were almost getting rushed out staff wasn't personable at all... had the tasting menu wasn't offered cheese at the end of the meal compared to the other two star restaurants in paris come for the view not the food nor service

Stunning restaurant with a great view of the Eiffel Tower at the top of the Peninsula hotel. Thats about where the festivities stop. A little expensive but it is Michelin 2 starred but the food wasn't even close to the best I've had in Paris. Literally nothing memorable except for maybe the amuse bouche at the beginning. Impressive wine menu but nothing amazing.
