Getting to grips with Les Coltineurs is a no-brainer. The service is charming and the food well prepared. At the helm is a duo who have redesigned the premises and created a setting that's just right, preserving paintings and photos from the old restaurant. The à la carte menu features unpretentious dishes executed with precision. On this particular lunchtime: a prelude of calamari with fire chorizo, followed by a glorious breaded swordfish with sun vegetables. Seafood (lobster, scallops, monkfish, oysters) and earthy dishes (sweetbreads, beef cheek, poultry supreme).
