Traditional restaurant mixing the classics of English cuisine with Indian flavors.
This traditional Étoile pub has been given a new lease on life (literally). Thanks to a fashionable designer, it has been transformed into a colonial version of a " British pub and brasserie", with exotic motifs and warm materials. The menu is designed by Manoj Sharma, who we know from Shirvan Café Métisse. He mixes classic English dishes - fish & chips, scotch egg, Irish cut beef mitre... - with Indian flavours (cardamom, curry, raita mintsauce...). That evening, our old cheddar croquettes won us over; it's a pity that the taste of gin was so fleeting in our Scottish salmon - nevertheless tasty - marinated in... gin. Fairly good prices for the area and professional service.
