UNA brings together more than 800 structures from the social and solidarity economy or public services (many of them associations). These structures carry out local actions in the fields of assistance and care, childcare and home maintenance. They are approved and approved by pension funds, social security and mutual insurance companies. Their home help services cover the basic acts of daily life - getting up, simple washing, dressing... -, domestic activities - cleaning housing and linen, shopping, preparing meals... - and maintaining social ties - support during outings. Nursing and hygiene care prescribed by the attending physician are also part of the services offered. They are provided as needed, day and night throughout the week. UNA is a network that employs more than 90,000 professionals and has approximately 630,000 users.
