This Véraison, located not far from Commerce, is a well-appointed restaurant. As you enter the restaurant, you're immediately put in the picture, with the kitchen open on the left, a few tables facing it, and a cosier room at the back. The menu features seasonal dishes. That evening, the chef sent us lamb-labneh-mint sauce croquettes and freshly smoked beet mixed with pears and feta (our choice) as a prelude. Accompanied by grilled leeks, the fish of the day that followed convinced us completely.

I went alone for dinner and had an amazing experience. The food was great, the service was amazing, and they really took care of me. In the end, the chef prepared a simple but delicious dessert for me, without dairy products. Definitely will go back!

Les plats sont très bons. L'entrée escargots peut être améliorée et une sauce aurait été bienvenue avec le cochon de lait. Très bon restaurant, cuisine créative et ambiance chaleureuse. Nous reviendrons.
