The 15 th, épicentre of the Parisian bistronomie? We will not go so far, but not far! And Le Cassenoix is not for nothing in this reputation! Here the leader, Pierre-Olivier Lenormand, is not very proud of his cocoon of decoration and wishes; étagère on which old guides, another century's advertising, and furniture are being taken from the fans of design and lounge. Every day in slate the suggestions change. On the day of our passage, it was a pig filet on small vegetables, cauliflower and capers: original, surprising, succulent!
