Bistro in Paris offering a cuisine with Basque flavours, meats, a menu of local produce and tapas.
Julien Duboué has conquered the neighborhood, and beyond, with his Basque-flavored cuisine. Under his leadership, Afaria, a spokesperson for unabashed bistronomy, has become one of the best restaurants in the 15th arrondissement. Since then, the chef from Landes has moved to the right bank, but Afaria remains on course, with a female duo at the helm. Crispy egg with parmesan and chorizo cream, duck breast roasted on the bone, wild boar stew with chestnuts... At the time of our visit, the menu was still based on local products, with a South-West accent.
