Café-brasserie in Paris with a classic menu featuring mimosa eggs, burgers, tartar and roast chicken

Cycling up the rue de Vaugirard every day, we participated in the renovation of Marie Rose (the owner's grandmother's name). With its artificial flower branches - roses you guessed it - along the blind and its pink neon sign "I love Marie Rose" on one of the interior walls, it's hard to miss this café-brasserie on the Pasteur side. As we had promised ourselves, we sat down one evening for dinner. The menu was classic - from the mimosa egg (with truffles, anyway) to the fromage blanc and red fruit sauce, to the burgers, tartare and roast chicken - but good (the ribeye was tender and rare, as requested).

Nous sommes partis déjeuner avec mes collègues de travail dans ce restaurant , nous avons été accueillis par benjamin qui s est occupé admirablement de nous , nous avons été très bien conseillés et avons pris un réel plaisir , nous avons très bien mangé et avons vraiment profité de notre pause car le midi notre temps est compté et le service était très rapide et la nourriture excellente
