Café-brasserie in Paris with a classic menu featuring mimosa eggs, burgers, tartar and roast chicken
Cycling up the rue de Vaugirard every day, we participated in the renovation of Marie Rose (the owner's grandmother's name). With its artificial flower branches - roses you guessed it - along the blind and its pink neon sign "I love Marie Rose" on one of the interior walls, it's hard to miss this café-brasserie on the Pasteur side. As we had promised ourselves, we sat down one evening for dinner. The menu was classic - from the mimosa egg (with truffles, anyway) to the fromage blanc and red fruit sauce, to the burgers, tartare and roast chicken - but good (the ribeye was tender and rare, as requested).

Merci pour cette soirée à benjamin qui nous a fait passer un bon moment la cuisine très sympathique et surtout si vous passer par ici je vous conseille la fameuse brioche perdue une tuerie

Heureusement Benjamin contrebalance l’autre porte de prison ????.
Car quand je suis venu la première fois j’étais tombé sur Benjamin, la deuxième fois très déçu car la personne pas aimable du tout je suis revenu ce soir avec des amis j’étais heureux de voir Benjamin je sais toujours pas si c’est le patron ou un simple employé un vrai plaisir. Merci à toi et surtout n’oubliez pas cette brioche perdue qui est incroyable, c’est une dinguerie.
