Le Mûrier is a worthy representative of what we call the neighbourhood restaurant, without any negative connotation. Its cuisine - fresh and of high quality - is just like its interior design: classic, but with a touch of modernity (the ceiling light as far as the decoration is concerned). During our visit in summer, the classicism with the rabbit terrine with muscadet, the fillet of sea bass with fennel, the beef steak with wine merchant sauce or the veal kidney with Dijon sauce served with penne; the touch of modernity with the half-cooked tuna with basil and sautéed potatoes. Warm service and affordable bottles. The inhabitants of the district are lucky: Le Mûrier is a safe bet!
