Restaurant in Paris in a friendly setting where the chef prepares a daily special and a Sunday brunch
The setting is friendly and the staff is always smiling. Welcome to Le Buron, whose name inevitably refers to Aveyron and its famous mountainous plateau. On the menu, the territory appears in dotted lines, through the charcuterie of the Mas house, the Auvergne salad with cantal, the Aubrac beef burgers and the grilled sausage and its aligot. The chef also prepares a daily special, while on Sundays, the brunch allows you to compose agapes from sweet and savory dishes and drinks.

Habitué du lieu il est tout à fait légitime de penser que mon avis est biaisé. Et ce n'est pas complètement faux autant je n'y ai mangé qu'une fois (cependant je n'ai jamais entendu de plaintes mouche de comptoir que je suis), autant pour un verre (ou plusieurs) le service est nickel et souvent rapide. La musique est variées enfin le personnel dont Anthony et Nader font un super travail en plus d'être attachants. A vérifier par vous même !
