What an exciting table! Biscotte is run by a young duo who are regulars at top restaurants: Maximilien Jancourt for the savoury side and his partner Pauline Moreau for the sweet. Backed by an efficient team, these two swear by quality products: their fish, for example, is line-caught and of French origin! Sitting at the bar or in the dining room (pocket-sized), let yourself be carried away by this fresh, masterful cuisine. Two menus are available: the quality of the dishes is well worth the expense.

Le passage au menu unique semble avoir dopé l’imagination et le plaisir de faire plaisir de cette dream team.
En bref c’est le festival!
L’adresse était déjà culte, elle enfonce le clou..
La carte des vins reste très étudiée avec des pépites très démocratiques.
En conclusion, une de mes top 3 table plaisir à Paris, les deux autres étant des 3 étoiles. C’est dire !
