Restaurant with smooth service and friendly staff to enjoy burgers, pork, or chicken marinated and smoked in Paris

After Batignoles and Oberkampf, Melt has opened its third address in Cambronne (with others to follow). Here, the Texas barbecue expert treats local carnivores, who come to enjoy burgers (the majority choice, it seems), pork (brisket, ribs) or marinated, smoked chicken. Our pulled pork was honourable, accompanied by a gourmet potato salad. Please note that the restaurant is obviously very busy at weekends and doesn't take reservations. But the service is smooth and the staff friendly.

Les viandes sont délicieuses, le service est parfait, mais les accompagnements ne sont pas à la hauteur : le cole slaw ressemble à la salade, qu’on trouve dans un restaurant japonais. Les choux de Bruxelles sont trop gras, etc. Le service est décontracté et à l’écoute.

The service, the staff we're very sweet people, they even have a glass window for you to watch how they handle their meat & what they do to cook their brisket. I loved their ribs that my hubby had ordered, meat was succulent and juicy. I had ordered a brisket burger but I felt the meat was a little dry, I would have loved abit more sauciness to the meat (a little disappointed with that) but the flavour was amazing!
Their garlicky sauce for the potatoes is just heavenly (I love garlic). Not too garlicky, but just enough to know not to kiss your other half on the mouth after lunch! Haha thanks for the wonderful experience. This is a must try restaurant.
