From his kitchen, he - well, we should rather say her, because the casa is run by Alessandra - sends basic Italian dish with enthusiasm. That lunchtime, our Paysanne pizza – with eggs and bacon – was a treat indeed: a thin dough, but crispy on the edges, with a quality and generous filling (we can say here that they are generous with the mozzarella...). With tomato, the pasta with grilled vegetables has fully satisfied madam. Warm welcome and service.
