A deliciously old-fashioned elegance and charm. It looks like a (warm) old-fashioned bistro, with its wooden chairs with rounded backs and red and white tiles. Giovanni - in another life, a sommelier in Venice - has discreetly imposed one of the capital's very good (or even best) Italian restaurants on a street of little interest in the 15th century. The cuisine, necessarily seasonal and of exemplary freshness, combines authenticity and subtlety. You never get tired of bufala - a regular addition to wall slate - whether it is accompanied by a fine chiffonade of ham or old vegetables. Staff gentile e simpatico, il locale non è grande ma questo permette di creare un’atmosfera intima e casalinga. Consiglio assolutamente l’insalata di carciofi ma tutti i piatti sono buoni. Farsi guidare dallo staff per la scelta del vino perché fanno delle proposte molto interessanti. Torno sempre molto volentieri.

I really enjoyed the "burratina avec légumes vapeur", "le filet mignon", "le rouget".
The desserts are great: "Madeleine au tiramisu" and the "Fondant au chocolat".
Their cuisine is exquisite and delicious with season vegetables.
