Sagar Matha - the first Nepalese restaurant opened in Paris and which proudly always claims to be as such - takes us between Indian, Tibetan and Nepalese culinary traditions. The Alu chap, spicy fried potatoes and the momo, Tibetan ravioli with meat or steamed vegetables, will be an excellent introduction... The daal bhaat, Nepalese tradional dish composed of boneless chicken, spinaches and basmati rice and curry with Nepalese lentils, or the shamomo, meat ravioli or steamed vegetable, will make you discover new flavours, fine, refined and colourful. Pour 5 personnes nous avons commande 4 plats et 2 entrées, mais le serveur a refusé de nous servir sous prétexte que nous devons prendre 5 plats
Thanks for your kind comment. Actually, you reserved for 5 people by the fork at 14:15. But you arrived at 14:25. Normally kitchen close at 14:30 but I kept it open for
your family lunch. Around 14:35 I
approached you to take order then you ordered 4 dishes but I suggested you to order at least 5 dises otherwise it won’t be sufficient and kitchen also close. But you wanted to order during the lunch but it was not possible so, you became angry yourself and gone out.
