Restaurant in an elegant contemporary decor offering a succulent meal.
Elegant contemporary decor, learned lighting lighting and, here and there, the emblem of the house of Minoru Tagawa, the seal of the butterfly: unexpected! A large counter to eat and watch the chef make sushi where one can ask maki per minute: ty-maki (maki in cone). The map is full of promises: Japanese seafood salad, salmon eggs to grated radish, fried soybean block, tuna tempura in shiso leaf… So many delicacies to start the meal in beauty. Then it's sushi, sashimi, tempura and grilled fish or stuffed fish (29 € for a sushi assortment). In the little sushi bar or in the room, the frame is as refined as the meal is succulent.

Sashimi plate was excellent, so we even ordered it twice, service very quick, food very good. Highly recommended place, we stay in hotel round the corner, we’ll definitely return
