Errore assegnazione camera. Prenotata una matrimoniale mi sono ritrovato in una singola. Al reclamo mi è stata data una camera già occupata da due persone. Il cambio di camera effettuato alle 2 di notte consisteva in una doppia con letti singoli uniti. La mattina successiva mi è stata data la camera matrimoniale come da prenotazione.
