Well located hotel offering functional rooms with a modern decor and a good value breakfast.

The hotel's rooms and bathrooms have a simple but modern décor. They are very functional with an office and a closet. The small budgets will find their happiness there, especially if the situation is ideal to go to the different exhibition parks or go to the tourist conquest of the capital even with the family because some communicating rooms. All the rooms have double glazing and are quite spacious. The breakfast offers a good value for money. Some wrought iron tables are at customers' disposal in the patio. The Montsouris Park, next door, is very popular with joggers or walkers.

Je mets les étoiles juste pour la réceptionniste très sympa, et le quartier très calme. Après la chambre pas top et pas d'ascenseur.

5 pour l'accueil et la gentillesse et ça c'est plus important que n'importe quoi. Pas loin du parc des expos, quartier agréable avec des commerçants, brasseries, restaurants. Petit déjeuner au top.

Pas d'ascenseur !
Grand lit dans la chambre mais l'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite.

Parfait pour mes besoins. Proche de l'Institut Montsouris, prestations tout a fait correctes, bon petit déjeuner et prix abordable. Je recommande cet hôtel.
