Hotel in a quiet street with a suspended garden terrace for breakfast and rooms with a travel theme.

Located in a quiet street, this hotel has the charm of a very modern house where one immediately feels at home, with the privilege of owning a garden terrace suspended over the old railway line of Petite Ceinture where breakfast is served on sunny days. The rooms, whose furniture and objects were gotten from second hand dealers, decline the theme of travel and each of them have a separate colour: red for romance with its hairdresser 1900, the Marrakech ocher, blue for the Ile de Ré, etc... The soundproofing is not that bad, especially inside the hotel...

Expensive hotel compared to the service provideds: not very comfortable bed, bathroom with soap loosened gate in the shower and hair dryer, unusable shortage towels large size. About towels, the hotel boasts want to save water collecting and washing towels on request only, but apparently one does not take account of our opinion, our large towels that we want to re-use having been changed and having been replaced by very small towels. Very practical, it goes without saying! Very bad sound isolation: one lives to the rhythm of its neighbours. For the rooms overlooking the courtyard, you may find it to appreciate the smells of cigarette smoke which rises patio and infiltrate in the rooms. Bravo for the label not smoking!!!

Finally, when the rooms are renovated in the morning, all the doors of the rooms are large open good time without surveillance, strongly making us doubt the safety of our business in the hotel.

In short, I find this hotel expensive compared to the abundant services, although the staff is decent, its location is interesting and breakfast are quite good. The disadvantages and dysfunctions we could allow, therefore our experience other Parisian hotels two star cheaper and better services lead us not to recommend this hotel.
