Gourmet bistro at the origin of the notion of bistronomy with friendly service and appetizing dishes.
A place that could be described as historic, even if it has since been refurbished, since it was here that the notion of bistronomy took shape with Yves Camdeborde. After Bruno Doucet, who continued the success story of La Régalade on rue Saint-Honoré, Arnaud Duhem is now at the helm of this gourmet bistro, with Clément Gélard at the piano. The country terrine is always there to cheerfully whet the appetite. This is followed by a score played with fine products (salmon gravlax, beef onglet, stuffed cabbage, scallops...). Beautiful keels.
