At the helm, Franck Bellanger, a survivor of the world of computing, and Mathieu Nadjar, a former assistant at Chez l'Ami Jean in the 7th. We love as much escabeche of mackerel fillet, gremolata and the eggplant caviar as the barbecued hake, caponata and fried artichokes. As for dessert, a creamy lemon, nougatines of almonds and vanilla hold us hostage. Menu très abordable à midi avec des produits frais, bien travaillés et copieux. Service et ambiance bistro très agréables. Le pain servi à table est très bon. Frôle le 5 étoiles mais un peu déçue par l’entrée bouillon de langoustines que j’ai trouvé un peu fade. Le reste était parfait.
