A stone's throw from Montparnasse TGV train station and run by Sandrine and Stéphane Savorgnan, Millésimes 62 is a restaurant with a chic and jazzy atmosphere. Popular with businessmen at lunchtime, it becomes an ideal meeting point for lovers in the evening, with its lovely view of the courtyard of Catalonia square and a large terrace overlooking the fountain. In the kitchen, the chef creates a fresh market cuisine of southern inspiration and regularly renewed, simple and generous. We appreciatethe beef heart tomatoes from the Ferme des Pins Sylvestre, mozzarella di bufala and fresh figs, a griddled sea bass fillet, black olive tapenade, confit fennel with rosemary and pineapple roasted with honey pina colada. Only one thing, the sun is well present in every dish from the beginning to the end of meal.
Produits frais et originaux, belle présentation des plats. La cuisine est vraiment de qualité
Je regrette juste le manque d’intimité : les tables sont collées les unes aux autres, ce qui est bien dommage pour un petit dîner romantique !
