Parisian bistro with terrace serving traditional dishes, meats and cheeseburgers.
It is very simple, this old Parisian bistro is always full. It has a nice covered terrace with canvas sheet, heated in winter and a very convivial atmosphere. From 7 am, guests jostle at the bar for a black coffee or a breakfast. From 12 pm, the first guests are excited to enjoy the traditional dishes specific to a bistro of this style. The Aveyron pâté is waiting in the shades of tomato mozzarella, the tartares pan-fried with roquefort cheese and walnut for the Aveyron dishes, foie gras for the Gascon, with goat cheese and walnut for the farm or the onion jam and parmesan for the Lyon are the top. The cheeseburgers are also available in Parisian (melted cheddar and fried onion), Auvergnat (melted cantal), Bougnat (melted cantal and country ham). All the fries are homemade and the Aubrac meat is freshly cut. The place is calm in the afternoon. Customers enjoy their drinks while enjoying the terrace before apperitif lovers come a few hours later, who give their seats in their turn to the guests who come to dine. It never stops! Thus operating 7 days a week.
Cuisine variée et maison (les nems sont délicieux ???? !) et les prix très raisonnables.
