Ghislaine Arabian is known for have been chef in the kitchens of Ledoyen, the famous twice starred Parisian institution from 1992 to 1998. It became familiar to the general public for its participation in the jury of Topchef show on M6 from 2010 to 2014. You can find her in this small bistro with the ordinary façade with a very simple menu, seven starters, ten main courses and seven desserts. As you see the woman chef working in the kitchen and you will immediately want to taste all the dishes. The menu favours to bistro dishes, made with fresh ingredients, including a farm poached egg with chanterelles, a cod fillet of st Jules marinière, khale cabbage in marinade or roast Limousin lamb shoulder with rosemary, fried beans butter and as dessert a mirabelle pie or pan-fried greengage with verbena lemongrass, sorbet with smoked chocolate. The menu changes daily but regularly find sausage from Troyes Lemelle, steak tartar, the undercut of Black Angus beef or veal kidneys cooked according to the inspiration of the chef.

neanmoins j'y vais régulièrement avec plaisir car ce sont d'adorables sorcières qui nous regalent
- l’ambiance est très très froide,
- nous avons été servis après 3 autres tables dont les clients étaient arrivés après nous
- les viandes que nous avons commandé sont arrivées à peine tièdes
- le morceau d’angus était très très fibreux, j’en ai dû laisser 1/3 dans l’assiette car impossible de le couper/mâcher
- le tout accompagné par une serveuse aux attitudes hautaines et fastidieuse
- un tiramisù absolument très banal et rien à voir avec la recette originale….les italiens auraient eu la chair de poule !
Et penser que nous étions là pour fêter mon anniversaire….

Comptez environ 50€ par personne pour entrée plat dessert et boisson, un prix extrêmement compétitif, j'étais surpris
Les soirs calmes, vous pourriez être surpris d'être servi par la cheffe Arabian elle-même, une véritable chance qui découple l'expérience !
