Restaurant in Paris serving fresh seasonal products with a lot of flavors, meats and pancakes.
At the helm of L'Empreinte are Noël and Jean-François. In the kitchen, Anaïs, trained at Ferrandi and who cut her teeth at the Palais de Tokyo restaurant. A team of pros who, right from the opening, attracted customers with their fresh seasonal produce, treated with elegance and flavor. The citrus-marinated sea bream carpaccio is perfect. The girolles en persillade go perfectly with their soft-boiled egg. The veal pavé with pommes grenailles and parsleyed oyster mushrooms is cooked to perfection and served generously. For dessert, flambéed crêpes Suzette.

La cuisine est à tomber par terre, bravo au chef qui a d’ailleurs pris le soin de passer en salle nous demander si ça nous avait plut !
