Authentic brasserie in Paris serving traditional and gourmet bistro cuisine, a charcuterie dish.

Near the Alésia metro station is an authentic neighborhood brasserie. The decor must not have changed much in the last forty years, with its huge fresco representing various characters from Daudet's works. Philippe and Chantal Boitel, originally from the north of Aveyron, serve traditional and gourmet bistro cuisine: 5A andouillette, tartar, faux-filet, a plate of charcuterie from the Monts d'Aubrac, but also salads, croques... The couple goes to Rungis every morning to get the day's produce and it's the lady who cooks everything herself.

Ce restaurant bistro gastro propose des plats typiques de la cuisine française finement exécutés. Malgré cela, la perfection n'est pas toujours atteinte. L'entrée d'œuf mollet et sa poêlée de champignons riche en saveurs de ses saveurs mais avec un jaune trop cuit. La sauce au poivre, quant à elle, se révèle être une véritable symphonie gustative, sublimant chaque pièce de viande. Les légumes, bien que joliment préparés, manquent cependant d'une touche de créativité pour les élever au rang d'exception. Le service était impeccable et bilingue pour les anglophones.

Probamos el pato (18€) y la dorada (17€) regado con buena cerveza belga.
