Restaurant decorated with the black cock of the modern French bistro, offering friendly service and transalpine dishes
With its wooden tables, golden-brown banquettes, variations in green and contemporary ceiling lights, this "black rooster" looks more like a modern French bistro than a traditional Italian trattoria, at least as far as the decor is concerned. Because, when it comes to food, you can't go wrong: you're in Transalpine territory here. The burrata chosen as a starter by one of us that evening was as creamy as you could wish for; the spaghetti di mare (with squid ink) a delight and the cannoli con crema di ricotta a delight, to name but a few. A flawless meal.
