Mr Kimura's den, from Kyoto, promotes the cuisine of his home town without surprises. In addition to the excellent sushi and sashimis cut by the chef, you can taste the Obenzai menu, these small specialities of marinated vegetables and seafood. The reception is lovely and serves a bio base.
