To travel individually Marie tourist discovery and the meeting with those who work for the development of their country: development ngos, creators of small companies, teachers, doctors, artists...



? The incoming room: the journey is prepared with selected local tourist structure for its receptivity with our approach. The choice of services and for good-value are animated by the will to establish a fair, eco-friendly industrial relations constraints of each and ensuring of economic consequences for visited country.



? Weddings, Non-governmental Organisations and institutions accommodate travellers at the request of Travel differently which contributes to showcase their action. Local incoming structure provides logistics relais and is not paid to establish contacts instead of Travelling differently



? The guides are mediators between travellers and structures which accommodate the group. They are ensuring values of tolerance, understanding and respect that To Travel individually to promote through its trips; they are voluntary and take part in this way in its humanitarian action.

- to render understood and enjoy and respect the life and cultures visited countries,

- to measure travellers the challenges international solidarity and sustainable development.



These trips fall under a responsible approach to tourism. These are validated commitments by our membership of the association To Act for Tourism and by our certification AFNOR obtained last December.

The structures of support the development which accommodate travellers were chosen for the, serious and the quality of completed work on the ground.

This is why:



- To travel individually can hear weave sustainable bonds with actors of the development. Take part in the financially offers their activity and sensitize travellers development actions are immediate objective. An annual sum from €10,000 is budgeted annually for over 5 years by the Foundation Holiday Blue and distributed to weddings partners.



- Travellers can if they wish to support the development actions taking part in the financing local initiatives or overlooking the donations (money, medicines, school stationery) institutions who will have up their needs and they will meet.



By this approach, Travel differently falls under solidarity tourism.
