With his experience and training at Richard Douieb, the initiator of Krav Maga in France, Arnaud de Fursac opened his own club, the ECKM in 2001. Today, there are almost 110 members who can be found every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday on the ² of the do-jo. The courses are directed at all levels (beginners, intermediate and advanced) and are delivered by Arnaud de Fursac himself (black belt 3 e dan and monitor within the European Federation of Krav Maga) and by his assistant Cyril Pastore (brown belt in the course of training). Courses are accessible to everyone from 15 years of age (with parental authorization). Each exercises exercises based on its capabilities and objectives. In the programme: cardiovascular activation, muscle reinforcement, recall and learning of techniques, combat techniques, implementation and postural stretching. In addition to acquiring the foundations of self-defence, what you can do is to maintain a perfect form. At the end of the season, those who wish to measure their progress can present themselves to the examination of the belts. In addition to registration, you will need the basic equipment to access the course. That is: a white tee-shirt of the club, black trousers, a pair of sports shoes in the room and especially individual protections: tibia, sex and chest.
