Renovated hotel in the 13th district with 30 simple but well-equipped rooms for a tourist stay

This completely renovated hotel is located in the heart of the 13^th arrondissement, close to numerous cafes, restaurants, cinemas, tourist districts, shopping centre Italy 2 and the market of Blanqui Boulevard. The hotel has 30 rooms, served by a lift, very simple but equipped as necessary for a tourist stay. They all have a double glazing. Continental breakfast is served in a room on the ground floor with free Wi-fi.

My stay at Arian Hotel was lovely. Not only the room was really nice and comfortable (and I fell in love with the window!), but the personnel was so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it, even if a bit off the most beaten touristic track, although near Saint-Germain and the Latin quartier and well connect with the metro, with Place d'Italie but a short walk away

If you don't want to go into a very fensy place, this hotel is perfect for you! It has everything you need for and the staff is great! They helped us and were very friendly! The neighboorhood is very nice with lots of restaurants and bars and the metro is few minutes away.
