An atypical address, convivial with a simple and family cooking in Paris.

A rather atypical institution, this Temps des Cerises, in the distinctive Butte aux Cailles district. Since its beginnings in 1976, this red-fronted bistro has operated under the legal status of a Société coopérative ouvrière de production (SCOP). This means, among other things, that there is no owner and that profits are fairly distributed. For the rest, it's a traditional bistro, with comfort food (country terrine, butternut-pumpkin velouté, kidneys in crust, Aubrac meats...). A restaurant just the way we like it.

Cuisine avec bcp de saveur. Le colombo de poisson est un régal. N'hésitez pas à découvrir la joue de cochon, elle est excellente.

Αλλού πηγαίναμε και εδώ καταλήξαμε! Από όλα τ'αλλα μαγαζιά που υπήρχαν στον ιδιο δρόμο,αυτό το μέρος μας έκανε εντύπωση! Ζέστη ατμόσφαιρα με άμεσο σέρβις και νόστιμα παραδοσιακά πιάτα. Τα χοιρινά μαγουλα με πουρέ αξίζει να δοκιμάσετε ! Ενώ για πιο τολμηρούς... το πιάτο " boudin noir a la normande"... αφού το δοκιμάσετε, μετά ψάξετε στο διαδίκτυο από τι είναι :)
