AU PETIT MARGUERY RIVE GAUCHE
Nice bistro in Paris offering revisited seasonal dishes, meats, and a menu of house specialties
This bistro with a beautiful decor and colours that are reminiscent of the Art Nouveau era is the leading restaurant of the 13th district thanks to its bourgeois cuisine and tradition for a long time now. Most of the original recipes have been transmitted by the Cousin's family to the team of Pascal Mousset. The dishes were slightly revisited in order to adapt them to today's taste, and they vary with the seasons: duck's terrine green collar marbled with foie gras and fig chutney, then a haunch of veal with raisins of Chasselas, turned golden on a high-sided frying pan, young confit beetroot, and for the end the famous Grand Marnier soufflé, which is unchanged on the menu and a house specialty. This address never disappoints us.
