AU PETIT MARGUERY RIVE GAUCHE
Nice bistro in Paris offering revisited seasonal dishes, meats and a menu of house specialties
This bistro with a beautiful decor and colours that is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau era is the leading restaurant of the 13th district thanks to its bourgeois cuisine and tradition for a long time now. Most of the original recipe have been transmitted by the Cousin's family to the team of Pascal Mousset. The dishes were slightly revisited in order to adapt them with today's taste and they vary with the seasons: duck's terrine green collar marbled with foie gras and fig chutney then a haunch of veal with raisin of Chasselas, turn golden on high-sided frying pan, young confit beetroot and for the end the famous Grand Marnier soufflé, which is unchanged on the menu and house specialties. This address never disappoints us.
