LE VIN QUI DANSE
Address appreciated for its bistro decoration, its short menu where everything is fresh and good, its very good quality-price ratio.
Lucie and Tony perform very well in this place which used to be a convent. A pretty dark grey and modern front hides a true gem. The bistro decoration, where nice bottles stand in the middle of the room, catches our eyes. All of them are at the same price (€25) and have been directly selected from wine-makers. A good point but there's more. The menu is short (4 starters, 4 main courses, and 4 desserts), every dish is fresh and well-prepared. For a start, sea bass tartare, grapefruit, and soya. Then, cod, vegetables, and virgin sauce. And apricot-pistachio clafoutis to finish. Honestly, it's perfect. Everything was good - even the bread - well presented and comes in generous portions. Moreover, the staff is smiling, effective, and Tony does explain where his wines come from. One of the best quality-price ratio restaurants in the Gobelins area.
