In the plate, trendy bistro dishes revisited: a fried foie gras, pistachio crumble and artichoke mousseline, well rolled. Then follows a veal tab with candied shallots, potato pancakes. Well seen and tender meat. We finish with a lemon meringue pie on a bed of speculoos. It's a pure delight. For lovers of very complete salads, including one with quinoa.
