Address in Paris serving a varied menu, vegan specialities and a ceviche of sea bream in entry.

Near the Place d'Italie, not far from the former Gobelins factory, La Manufacture has a long and nicely lit room, with a factory style decoration, which leads you to the bar. The tables, chairs and shelves in rustic wood offer a nice feeling of intimacy. The metal ceiling and its metal lampshades softly illuminate the daylight. The menu is varied and includes vegan recipes. We particularly like the sea bream ceviche served as a starter.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso scoperto per caso. Locale dall’atmosfera accogliente e con musica di qualità in sottofondo, camerieri super gentili e disponibili, piatti eccezionali (in particolare le magret di canard e la cheesecake con coulis des fruites) e ottima proposta di vini locali! Spettacolare anche la tipica colazione francese con croissant, bevanda calda e succo d’arancia! Purtroppo domani rientriamo in Italia ma la prossima volta che verremo a Parigi torneremo sicuramente!!!

J’ai pris l’habitude de me rendre à ce restaurant car il est vraiment très agréable. Les plats sont de très bonnes qualités et nous sommes accueillis par des serveurs aux petits soins, très professionnels. Mention spéciale à Thaya et Prassana qui ont vraiment le sens du service !
