Establishment in Paris preparing Sichuan gastronomy and meats with an excellent quality/price ratio
It is the south China gastronomy, with meaningful name, and specifically from Sichuan, which is in honor here. In this small establishment, the cuisine is spicy, the geographical area of origin of recipes is known for its chillies, and it gives a whole totally different from what we could imagine, with unique flavors. The pork cooked in two stages, the spicy casserole and Kung Pao chicken will no longer have any secrets for you. We rediscover the dough. Made with wheat flour, it changes everything! Furthermore, the welcome is charming and the value for money is excellent. Crowded, especially on weekends!

C'était extrêmement bon, j'avais pris du canard croustillant, riz du chef, beignets de crevettes et j'ai adoré, très bon. Le service était impeccable la serveuse très chaleureuse. Je reviendrais

Incroyable découverte d’un petit restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine .. Service très agréable et des plats originaux qui méritent d’être goûtés.
