Small bar-bistro in Paris offering a simple couscous and grilled meat.
Just opposite the famous Gladines, this small bar is always crowded especially every Saturday evening, here you can enjoy a simple couscous, which is well cooked and can normally act as a reference for excellent couscous! By the way, given the number of people who frequent it, we can say that this is a good address. The seed is sufficiently rolled, the portion of the grilled meat is generously served and the broth is so delicious that you would finish it with the spoon, like a chorba! As well affordable, the selection of Algerian wines is almost exhaustive. To discover very good Dar Diaf or fermented President before concluding with the taste of alcohol from the desert or a Tunisian boukhra... As for the atmosphere, this is a real neighbourhood bistro orchestrated by Abderrahmane in the kitchen but also in room. It has welcomed Coluche who often come when he lived in the area and we quickly get in touch with your neighbour on the table.
