It is possible in Eastern Europe to hunt the bear, and this happens with Kettner Travel in Romania. Hunting areas are located north of Bucharest, most often in the departments of Brasov, Prahova and Arges where bear numbers are difficult to quantify but recent observations will lead you to one or the other territory. On site, a professional hunting guide will accompany you in the evening. From 2 355 € the stay of 6 days (including 4 hunting) which includes the services of a guide and interpreter, full pension and flight from France, only the slaughter fee is in addition and the repatriation of the trophy. In parallel, the agency offers 3-day trips to small game, close to Hungary in the northwest.
