Lambert Ho started martial arts more than forty years ago. It was with the Thai boxers that he took his first steps in the art of massage. From 1984 to 1994, he trained in taekwondo and hapkido, studied various relaxation techniques (biofeedback, hypnosis, sophrology, PNL) at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Los Angeles, followed the traditional Thai massage and meditation courses in Asokananda, Thailand in 1992, and then perfected plantar reflexology at Shi Point Natural Healing Center in Malaysia. After spending four years in Vietnam from 1994, during which time he studied at the Ho Chi Minh City Traditional Medicine Hospital the principles and applications of Vietnamese herbal medicine and taï chi chuan, he perfected his Asian massage skills with Jean-Claude Catherine, with whom he developed protocols combining acupressure, ayurveda and reflexology. Upon his return to France, he founded Ergotonic in 2001. With Lambert Hô's knowledge and talent, Ergotonic's masseuses bring you the benefits of fitness, coaching, massage and/or yoga sessions at home, using different massage and energy relaxation techniques: seated and elongated amma, ayurvedic, Californian, Chinese, Korean, foot reflexology, shiatsu, Swedish, Thai...
