BERCY VILLAGE
On the margins of the old village of Bercy, there was a set of buildings occupied by wine and spirits traders in the 19th century. The precious liquids were shipped via the Seine and partly shipped back by train. Gradually disused, this great tree-lined space has been redesigned. It was partly razed on the side of the omnisport palace in the 70s and reorganized at its other end to make room for a public garden, residential buildings, the French Cinémathèque and this shopping centre established in the rescued cellars. In this beautiful setting, there are shops mainly oriented towards leisure activities and the art of living. The fashion is present as well as signs specialized in wellness and beauty. In case you want to drink and eat something, know that there is something for all tastes: Buffet d’Italie, Chai 33, Hippopotamus, La Compagnie des Crêpes, Le Saint-M’, Le Vinea Café, Nicolas (also wine shop), Partie de Campagne, T pour 2 Café, The Frog at Bercy Village. Finally, please note that throughout the year, exhibitions are presented.
