A family-run establishment in a typical Parisian neighbourhood offering decorated and equipped rooms.
The Twelve is a small establishment located halfway between the Place de la Nation and the Vincennes Gate in a typically Parisian neighborhood made of small shopping streets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All rooms, all equipped with bath or shower, are very nicely decorated with simplicity and taste in a contemporary spirit. Bathrooms are perfectly equipped with showers or bathtubs.

Horrible les photos sont trompeuses des chambres réel, lit sale drap non changé y avait même des poils dégueu, ça ne mérite même pas une étoile , fuyez

Le pire hôtel qui puisse exister escroquerie a gogo!, les autorités concernées devraient vraiment faire un tour ! Honteux.

Charmant hôtel, décoration moderne, une terrasse aménagée, le lit confortable, je viens d'y passer quelques jours avec ma fille. Le personnel de jour comme de nuit est accueillant, avenant. Je sais que si je retourne sur Paris je réserverai de nouveau dans cet hôtel

Des jeunes louent des chambres vers 23h45 00h00 , sont bruyants et des allez retours sans arrets toute la nuit dans les escaliers avec des coups de téléphones sans respecter le calme. Ils doivent faire leur petit trafic.
Très désagréable pour les gens de passage.
Hotel à éviter clairement !
